Client Brief: To create an engaging learning experience for attendees of all levels

 Plenary: Manage and supply all technical elements including crew support for two and a half days of conferencing including a meet n greet welcome party in the foyer and a Gala Awards Dinner

Corporate Theatre supplied all elements of the production including LED screens for content delivery, live vision of presenters, a white harlequin stage and entertainment. The video department created all the content for the two and a half days while shooting and editing a highlights package for the conference close. Also, during pre-production, all 3D screen animations and pre-sets were produced by the video team.

Onsite Corporate Theatre provided all technical staff for set-up, show operation and pack-down.

 Gala Awards Dinner: The Gala was in the same ballroom as the plenary so a quick turnaround was required by all involved. In less than three hours the room was transformed and ready for dinner.
