 Audience: Company management, International VIPs and leading sales staff

 Client Brief: Transform the venue into a fully functioning impactful and interactive plenary and expo space

 Technical: Manage and supply all technical elements and crew support for two days of conferencing and a three day Expo incorporating a custom built retail product and merchandising shop. In support of the shop various displays focusing on key products and sampling stations were created to drive sales. All signage and branding were created specifically for the event.

Corporate Theatre supplied and contracted all elements of the plenary production essentially turning a shed used for housing livestock into a functional and exciting conferencing space. All technical support staff were supplied for set-up, show operation and pack-down. Large LED screens were used for content delivery, along with all audio, lighting and video production.

We also supplied all registration and cashier counters along with all computers, printers. All branding was created and installed by Corporate Theatre including tension fabric walls on aluminium frames, mannequins, clothes rack and shelving systems for all stock displays.
